Download area This is Beta software - use it at your own risk. Changes will be occurring frequently, so please be prepared to have to update your version.
Registering You need to complete a user name for message identification purposes. To do that, select User > Register and fill in the User info form.
Full installation	Experienced downloaders
The installation program installs one file - dbOHelpDesk.EXE. Before installing the following version, remove any existing version of dbO Help Desk - select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > dbO Help Desk Download InstallShield installation version. Click here -> dbO Help Desk Version 0.8.0 (approx 1.4 mb installation program). A dialog will allow you to choose to download the file to a temporary directory on your computer, or run the file immediately. If you have a higher speed connection, the latter is the better choice.	Instead of a full Installation file, download the EXE file inside a ZIP file - Click here -> dbOHelpDesk.ZIP (approx 700k). Unzip the file and place the EXE file, dbOHelpDesk.EXE in the folder of your choice.
